John came out to clean our enormous sectional that had not been clean since we bought it (in 2019). We have two doodles and two cats and it was disgusting. John was friendly, punctual, a fantastic communicator, and did the most amazing job on our couch. Honestly, it feels brand new! Thank you so much for everything and I’ll call you in a year for a reschedule.
