A small part in the toilet tank broke on the same day the shower leaked through the ceiling. Matt was able to come out same day within a few hours, quickly identified the issues for both problems and fixed them right away. He was courteous, prompt, professional, and knowledgable. The admin staff at the office was thorough and communicated clearly and in a timely manner with me, and everything was handled as I was expecting/hoping. Matt also gave us a stress-ball version of their little toilets, which is adorable! I would definitely recommend and will use them again.
