What a great place! We dropped in on them, not knowing that appointments were preferred. They were willing to help us out and fix a terrible high-and-tight that my boy had gotten a few days earlier. Worked us in between appointments, and the attention to detail on what I thought would be a simple fix was outstanding! Thank you guys, we'll be back around, with an appointment this time!

I recently moved here and was walking by one day and went in to checked it out followed by making an appointment; same day. It has 2 chairs and I believe it’s family owned and run. The owner does an awesome job! I’m very particular with my hair cut, I like styling it and spiking it up and he’s been on point. The chair spin at the end was nerve wrecking at my first visit but he definitely nailed it. They gained a new customer every 3 weeks from me!

John cut my hair, trimmed beard & mustache too. Was my first time patronizing Gillis Barber Shop. Probably the best hair cut I've had. Definitely the best beard and mustache trim I've ever had in my 60 years! I'll be coming back.
