Does not address rental property concerns in a timely manner, but expects you to pay rent on time. Little to no communication or responses. Staff will lie and say someone will contact you and no one will. Little-to-no-compassion for their tenants. If you move into a property and there is a pest issue already present, they will tell you it is your problem to address. Will take them gutting the neighbors roach-infested property to believe you, as well as the pest control worker confirming how meticulously clean you are. I was one of 10 people who worked for over 2 days completing the final move out and cleaning of 2 rental houses. FCP charged for many erroneous claims of things they claim were not completed. The houses were CLEAN, no trash, refrigerators and ovens were cleaned, mopped floors, cleaned baseboards, sanitized bathrooms, furnace filters replaced, replaced several blinds, smoke detector batteries replaced (FCP charged $400 to replace good batteries) and the person who conducted the final walk-through found no problems.He took pictures, but where are they???FCP should rectify this situation now! This is unacceptable business and professional behavior.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced! No one ever answers the phone. They are dishonest and charge way too much. They said we owed them money from our security deposit. We put 2,350 deposit down and got 297 back. What a joke! We left the place spotless. We did not leave any trash that needed hauled of but were charged 500 dollars for it. We were charged 200 dollars for a mattress removal that was there when we moved in. 300 dollars to change the smoke alarm batteries that we replaced them all before we moved out. And 500 dollars for clean up that was not necessary because when we left we even cleaned the base boards. We did set a hot pan on the cheap formica...read full review
