We had a really good experience with Olshan Foundation Solutions. Every one of the workers was very professional Gabriel and workers Gerado, leo, Trujillo, Odilio,Cordero, and Raul. They were very understanding with anything we needed questions on. They were patient and make sure we knew what was going on with each step of the progress. The price wasa reasonable price. Matt Neal was an excellent salesperson. He took the time to review the estimate we received from another company and explained that the work they recommended was unnecessary. Instead, he suggested addressing the drainage issue at the front of our home, which he felt was the true cause of the problem and a much more practical solution.

I used Olshan to help mitigate an issue I had with water seeping into my basement during heavy rains. I received a reasonable quote and agreed to the scope of work to be performed. They were able to schedule time work within a week. The crew who did the work consisted of Angel Valdez, Mario Avila, Domingo Castro, Ramiro Aguirre, Michelle Martinez and Candelario Lorenzo. They arrived in time, carried out the necessary work putting a drainage system along the cove joint of the basement wall and covered the trench with concrete when they were done.
