I'm so pleased with the work done by Olshan! Heath Merriman came out, took some measurements, and talked me through potential repair options (including the full scope of the work process) with a thorough explanation. Edgar and his crew (I forgot to get names!) arrived on time even with the snowy/icy weather and got right to work in crazy cold February weather. Professional group of folks and happy that they service the Lone Jack,Mo area. The crew Gabriel Gerardo, Guzman, Candi and Estiven are the real deal. It’s obvious they care about their profession and have a great deal of experience. They put everything back in place and you can’t even tell they were here. They were also kind enough to ask it I wanted the rock and extra dirt they had from the excavation. Otherwise they would have gladly hauled it away. I would recommend this crew and olshan to anyone that needs this type of repair. Which was a pier system to help lift our house from the settling. We ended up needed 10 piers total.

Matt Garner was great to work with in developing a plan. Jose Chinchilla let a great work crew. Federico, Antonio, Enrique, Fernando, What, and Martin were polite and fast at their work. They even replaced my plants and my kids special rocks which I thought would be buried. If you have a foundation problem, I highly recommend Olshan.
