We had purchased a home at the beginning of the year and noticed some deformities with our foundation. We called Foundation 1 and they promptly sent out their evaluator, Cassell, who thoroughly inspected the foundation and gave us peace of mind that the deformities are normal and easy patch jobs. Although there was no repairs to be made, we felt comfortable and at ease with the thorough inspection and explanation. We are glad to have their information and will use them if needed in the future and will recommend them to everyone!
