Can't follow simple directions on what you want with your hair.Tried to tell me my hair wasn't the right kind of hair I should have bought some other kind of hair. It's not the hair it's the braider.
I showed them the picture before purchasing the hair. I purchased the hair they told me to, yet the 2 people that ended up working on my hair were confused with the style Vs the hair I was told to buy. Took them 45nin to figure out how to make the hair work for the style. The end style was okay but not what I ask for
