I hired Paul (Wayne) after a house fire. After a series of frustrations with a previous contractor that I had to let go, I found Wayne. The experience after a fire is more frustrating than you even expect for so many reasons, but Wayne was the easy part. He was reliable, communicative, responsive, and most importantly I sensed that I could fully trust him to restore the house to the quality expected. I cannot speak highly enough about our experience with First Call. We initially contacted First call after a recommendation when a previous company missed a significant amount of mold and water damage during their remediation. Brad with First Call’s remediation team came out and was kind and thoughtful and incredibly thorough. Him and his guys were able to quickly remediate all of the mold and water damage and went above and beyond.
Wayne and his team then helped us with reconstruction. Wayne was so intentional and kind and an excellent communicator. He explained everything to us in detail and was always making sure we felt comfortable and confident in the plan....read full review
