I have been to Factory Surplus far too many times to count. Every time I’m there Chris (salesperson) is happy to help and answer ALL of my questions. The prices are fabulous and Chris is a pleasure to work with. Will be going again soon to purchase more as we continue with our remodel.
If you’re on a budget and need quality flooring and tile… this is the place to go!!! They have a great variety and by far the lowest prices in town!!!! Customer service is wonderful as well!!!!
This is one of the best place to buy tiles for your home upgrade project. Especially Tommy Arello is the guy with good knowledge about tiles and ready to help you for everything you need it in the store. If he is not the owner, he deserves raise.
