I worked with Eli as realtor representing the buyers who bought a real estate listing he had in Lawrence. Eli was very professional and very attentive to his clients, as well as, seeking a great sense of fairness to my clients as buyers. He was always available to answer questions and communicated regularly to ensure a smooth transaction. He was fair, honest, and accurate which are the cornerstone requirements for any realtor. Eli helped me put the house on the market just at the right time of year. He took great pictures that were placed on the website. Eli came over early before each walk through to ensure the house was spotless. He flawlessly negotiated the best deal as the seller.
