I love the vets here! The give you honest practical advice and don't over charge you and make you feel as if you need all kinds of vet care that is unnecessary. I took our senior dog there for a check up and shots and was worried about his health. He gave me great advice and didn't recommend spending a bunch of money for tests which I appreciate. I would recommend them to anyone!
First time bringing my pet to this clinic. The person I spoke to on the phone to bring my dog in for a dental cleaning did not tell me to bring his vaccination records so when I got to the appointment and didn’t have them, I was allowed to get them and bring him back and he could still be treated. I would agree that communication is an issue, but the customer service received from the staff on a Saturday was great!!! I will be making this my new veterinary clinic. The pricing for his cleaning was extremely reasonable. Most place would have charged between $200-$1K. Very grateful for finding this clinic.
What a great experience! As a Brooksider, I know the location isn’t the usual but the cost savings are well worth it. The staff is very knowledgeable, skilled and accommodating. We were especially impressed with the thoroughness and skill brought to a tough dental surgery.
