Bettie Martinez did an fantastic job with my haircut today. She listened to what I wanted. I showed her a picture of the haircut and asked questions like how long did I want my bangs and how long I wanted the length. She did exactly what I wanted. I will be going back to see her again

I seen hairstylist Bettie Martinez a few times. The first time was good, then she started messing up. I told her I would give her another try. I told her what I did not like ,what I wanted again. Last time I was only in there for a trim again,she knew I was trying to grow my hair back out longer. She cut 4 inches off total! She did not listen to me and just do a trim and not loose my length. I am very disgusted. The salon is very clean. The other hairdressers are very positive, Very polite, and make you feel welcome. The salon has a happy atmosphere, very clean. I recently seen Bettie, thought I found the right hairdresser as one I had for a very long time retired, although quite pricey and I do not have them shampoo my hair and the price is still the same. The first time she did a great job. I liked her personality and she listened to me. The second time was not so good. She did not trim my hair the way she showed me it needed to be the first time. I let her know she took too much off and to cancel my upcoming apt. She just replied ok no problem. No apology. The shop is nice and clean, nicely lit. Parking is terrible if before 2pm. The other hairdresser was very friendly and spoke to me when I arrived as I had to wait 15 minutes....read full review
