Completely disappeared the second I paid!!!Do not fall for their upfront helpfulness.I’d reached out trying to get some pictures off the web, and their initial responses were quick, thorough, and they even started looking into my case. It seemed like I’d found the provider I was looking for, but as soon as I paid the annual fee, they COMPLETELY DISAPPEARED. I’ve emailed. I’ve called. I’ve used their online request form. Absolutely ZERO RESPONSES IN OVER A MONTH. No work was ever done. I never received a single update

I didn't read the reviews before paying. They were great at first, so I thought. The list they send with the takedown sites is the same list every week but with a few sites added to the end. I have been trying to reach them for 2 months with no email reply. They have disappeared. No phone number to call either. My work on the sites was more effective.
