Mr Darion was the only person to answer the phone at 7:45 am after calling 3 other companies! He was at my house in 45 min! And when I tell you the price was very affordable! Especially when you are having to worry about the repair cost of getting your car fixed in the first place! And shout out to his son who is doing a amazing job in his apprenticeship! Definitely will refer them!
My car wouldn’t start after having some issues the week before and I found this company on google and prepared for a tow. What should’ve been a stressful situation was made so much easier by choosing DLR. Darion arrived less than 20 mins from the time I called, he stopped and actually took a look at my car and was able to repair/jump it. He was an honest man and I really appreciated that as he could’ve easily charged me extra. I will definitely use him again should a future need arise and shared his information within my neighborhood. Great, professional, timely service - hard to find that these days and DLR exceeded my expectations.
Yesterday when I left work I came out and discovered 3 of my tires had been slashed ??♀️? I needed a tow driver and saw that he was close, so I called to asked his price. Not only was he cheaper than a previous quote that I had gotten but he asked me how much the person was charging me at the tire shop he was towing me to. That person was charging me almost $300.00. Not only did he know somone with a tire shop they quoted me half the price of the other! He towed me there and didn't charge me extra mileage. When I tell you he's amazing, and if I need him again I'll definitely be calling! Thank you!!
