We had a great experience! Our fridge valve stopped working which caused a big water leak. It was really stressful, but everyone at Del's helped make the situation less stressful. Our home warranty connected us to Del's. Kylie called quickly to set up an appointment and was always professional and courteous. Michael assessed and repaired our fridge for us. He is incredibly kind, patient, and an absolute expert in his field. He also took the time to explain what was going on with our fridge and how we could do future maintenance on it. Helped me with the dishwasher and the technician training the other tech was super knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond teaching even me about the dishwasher. Can't say how much I appreciate his customer service skills
Professional explanation of what all was happening. Part came quick and got rescheduled promptly for the install. Arrrived on time with a 30 minute heads up phone call. Very kind and clean technician. Have Ice cubes again and wife off my ass, thumbs up!
