The first massage I had with Jeremy fixed an achilles problem I’d been living with for 2 years. I didn’t even tell him about it because I didn’t think it was something a massage would help. A year and a half after a double mastectomy my shoulders were permanently pulled forward and my chest was always tight and causing back pain. After my second massage with him my shoulders were straight again and I stopped having the pain in my back related to that. Jeremy’s massages are life changing and the work that he does lasts. Jeremy is not your typical sports massage therapist in the best ways! Attentive, personable, professional, and brilliant are the words I'd use to describe Jeremy.
I'm training for an ultra marathon, MS150 bike ride, and a marathon happening between August and December this year. After ramping up the mileage I realized my IT band was a little irritated and I needed to take care of my legs better. I messaged Jeremy remembering when he visited my gym and worked on my knee for 5 mins and it loosened up right there.
Now, 5 mins won't fix a knee - I required more healing - but he gave me practical advice and exercises to continue doing after that short interaction....read full review
Dark Horse is my go-to massage therapy! Jeremy is very insightful when I have questions about problem areas and general muscle matters. I highly recommend giving a his sessions a go if you’re new to/needing a massage therapy!
