Cullan & Cullan very quickly determined that it was not an appropriate firm for my case, but referred me to another firm. What was impressive was that Virginia Cullan took the time to make sure the other firm contacted me promptly, and also said that if I didn't hear from it (I did, in very short order) to let her know, and that she would contact them again.
