I have 25 rental properties and C&C is the only carpet cleaning company I use now. They make it really easy to use them, one call gets me to the same person every time. They know my properties, get me worked in quickly, and they helped me salvage carpet many times from replacement. Renters are sometimes rough on my flooring especially with pets, they try to get smells out with a rented machine from the store but it can never compare to professional grade equipment and cleaning agents C&C has. Their ozonator also got out cigarette smells which saved me from painting. In the last couple of years I’ve also started using them for new flooring installation, some carpet and some luxury vinyl plank. It was so much easier than the big box stores with having to work with 4 different people and scheduling drivers and installers. C&C brought samples on site, measured right then and a day later it was installed. Saved me hours that I don’t have extra of. Can’t recommend enough.
