Well, I have heard the horror stories about the warranty process with this company but I had an exceptionally good experience yesterday. Our property was being flooded from construction on the lot next door to ours. I finally found the phone number of this company on the back of the warranty handbook and called it. I left a message and within a few minutes a man named Bob called me back. He was absolutely the most help I could've asked for. He got a work order going on our problem and called me back today to explain what was going to be done to resolve the issue. I can’t say enough nice things about this company. They have gone above and beyond helping me resolve any warranty issues. They always take my calls and respond immediately and guide me through the process.. Very grateful for all the help I received from them.
