Very unhappy with BBSG and how they operate. They don't really do anything, it's the responsibility for the buyers have to do all of the work if they want to attempt to get there issue resolved. Lombardo should stop using them because they make them look bad. BBSG looks for any reason not to cover an issue and tells you to contact your builder to see if they will do the repairs. Wouldn't recommend using this company at all. Not a good first time build experience for us and this new home limited warranty is a joke. If there was a zero star option I would have selected that because I don't even want to give them the one star.

BBSG is basically worthless. We logged 4 different tickets pertaining to water problems with our new home and not one time were they helpful in rectifying the problem. I can't even say they do the bare minimum. Lombardo should stop using this company all together as they are a black eye for any home builder.

ZERO STARS. Extremely unresponsive. BBSG is unprofessional and never attends to critical issues. Bought a brand new home from Lombardo in Columbia, MO. The front door does NOT open -- installed improperly. The builder referred us to BBSG (which is a total scam) and a mom and pop operation. I complained to Lombardo HQ and no one had the decency to respond. Don't buy from Lombardo. BBSG puts the onus on the homeowner to call the subcontractors and good luck getting in touch with the subcontractors. SCAM all through. Not being able to open the front door of a new home is not only unacceptable but also life threatening. I will be contacting a lawyer.
