Every since the original owner Hank Hasley passed on "A Great genuine man", the tax service has gone down very quickly.There have been staff issues, such as not opening at the times listed for business operation hours. Seemingly untrained staff and tax Preparers. Long waits in the lobby when you have scheduled appointment time. We have waited up to an hour and a half beyond scheduled appointment time before being seen.After twenty plus years of being serviced by Hank Hasley's warm, welcoming heart, great knowledge and accurate tax preparation, we have now reached the final straw.Both our Federal and state taxes were authorized for electronic payments for taxes owed...read full review
