Quite simply put, I didn’t think customer service of this caliber existed anywhere anymore! Caitlin Roberts was extraordinarily prompt, professional, and friendly in her communication, and the recipient LOVED the arrangement she put together! Caitlin (the owner) has always provided me with beautiful floral arrangements. Her designs are well thought out and executed to perfection. She will go the extra mile (literally) to ensure that her delivery times work for the recipient. I have also purchased some other gift items in her shop that were just the right thing. The local community is extremely fortunate to have Caitlin serving as their hometown florist.
