I was trying to purchase a 40 pound bag of grass seed in the gardening department. There was no one at the checkout station, but the keypad said to touch it if I needed assistance so I did. It told me there was an associate coming to me. I waited. An associate walked past me. Another associate walked past me. Several minutes had passed by so I took the 40 pound grass seed and walked all the way into the self checkout in the store, only to find two associates standing at the self check out talking to each other. I honestly don't know why they have all this staff standing around why the customers do the work.

You can always depend on Walmart for just about everything your looking for. Stopped here for a case of water for a get together and had a great selection to choose from. Went through the self checkout lane and was in and out in no time

Managers Ryan and Jennifer came to our rescue when we had driven 60 miles to pick up 2 youth kayaks for our twin granddaughters. Store employees indicated that the computer reflected 4 in stock but none could be located. Ryan and Jennifer were located and after some short discussions, were able to locate the kayaks and allow our grandchildren to have a wonderful day on the water. Thanks for taking the time to show some compassion and outstanding customer service
