Reserved a lift online thinking it would make it faster when I came to pick it up, but the transition from online to in store wasn't quite as smooth as I'd hoped. It wasn't too bad just not quite as quick as I know it could be. Waited about ten minutes in the yard before someone came to help me. The guy that was on the fork lift that loaded me up was courteous and helpful.

Over the past 7 years that I have worked with United Rentals, we have rented multiple pieces of equipment. The sales associates are always knowledgeable and friendly. Had a couple of phone calls from the delivery driver to coordinate and to confirm what equipment I needed and the logistics to get a big truck to my residence. Made the delivery quick and easy.
