I just want to say thank you to everyone that worked so diligently to get my pipes back to working order in such a prompt and friendly and timely manner! I couldn’t have asked for better service or knowledgeable service! Thank you I’ll definitely be back again!
We had an old sump pump that was failing, and Roto-Rooter exceeded our expectations from start to finish. They came out the very same day, thoroughly assessed the problem, and provided several repair and replacement options without any pressure.
Sam was outstanding! He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident in our decision. He replaced our sump pump, installed a new pit with filter rock, and added a new drainage line. His workmanship and professionalism were exceptional.

Great service! They responded quickly at 10 pm. The problem was bigger than they had with them but it was fixed in 3 days ( even having to wait for dig rite markings). I am. Rey well pleased and will use them again!
