Thought we found our dream home, turns out there were SO MANY issues. Not only was Derek fast, he was extremely kind and honest. This is the kind of business you refer everyone you know to, seriously the way he cares for his people is amazing! This is our first time looking for homes, and not only did he do an extremely thorough inspection, he carefully took the time to explain and show me so I know what to look for!
