My dog got scared when I was trying to take her inside and she pulled out of her collar and ran out onto the busy 4 lane traffic. Staff came running and followed her while I got in my vehicle and drove after them. Thanks to their quick response, they not only kept traffic from hitting her but I would never have found her 2 blocks away behind houses in a ditch if they hadn’t followed her and showed me where to go. Way above and beyond expectations. She was examined, got her vaccine's, nails trimmed and home safely. Thank you so much!!!
The front desk was ready to help me and answer all my questions up front. When I had to leave to grab my card from home because I forgot it they were understanding about it and let me go grab it and wait for me which was a huge helping hand for me. The vet god bless her she help my dog through and through and made she he had all his meds and explained to me how the meds worked and the shampoo as well thanks to her my dogs hair is growing back and he looks and acts more lively. I recommend this place 100%
Just had my first visit with Paws and I have to say that literally every person I encountered that works there is so nice! They got me in and out within 20 minutes. And they were great with my pup. 10/10 recommend
