I worked on my truck for several months, replacing many parts trying to figure out why I did not have any throttle. I was at a loss and ended up taking it to miles performance. Having a diesel I was skeptical about where to take it too, but having heard of good things from word of mouth about him, I decided I would give it a shot. Needless to say, it took some figuring out since it was in the wiring harness but he communicated every step of the way and was honest and got me back on the road and even cut me several breaks trying to help out. I was an hour into a long distance move when my car decided to act up. I decided to try James's shop based on location, ratings, and he answered the phone. ?
He hooked up the computer, diagnosed, gave prognosis and reset my codes - taking me out of limp mode.
Now, some unscrupulous person might have had me believe I needed to replace my catalytic converter on the spot; James gave me green light to go on with simple instructions (highest octane and fuel additives).
I made it to Minneapolis! You saved the day, James.

James was great to deal with! Straight shooter with lots of knowledge on all things diesel. Will definitely consider him first when looking for help or have questions about my trucks.
