On Tuesday August 15, 2023 I left St Louis, Missouri en route to visit my cousin who was in hospice care in San Antonio, Texas. I prefer to drive at night so I left at 5pm. About 10pm I was about halfway between Springfield and Joplin when my car died on interstate 44 and I coasted to a stop on the shoulder. I started the car and continued only to get about five miles down the road and it died again. I repeated the same process many times until I made it to Joplin. Brandon and Roger were first class with customer service and satisfaction. Needed a part fast as we were just passing through and Roger’s wife drove to a dealership in KC to get it so we didn’t have to spend another night in a motel. Can’t thank them enough for their fast and friendly service!
