I am receiving an infusion that has changed my life for the better; however, their front desk service is one of the worst. They're rude, and they occasionally hang up on you. There is also a lack of proper communication there. I once had a woman try and argue with me about a medication that the doctor there prescribed me. She was grilling me and claimed that I wasn't prescribed the medication. She then asked who prescribed it, and I told her that the doctor did, and they told me to call back when a refill is needed. I mean, why the heck else would I be calling. It was something else. Anyway, the awesome infusion is the only reason they don't get one star.

I’ve been using this clinic for several years. I always get treated with kindness and respect. They are very comprehensive in researching causes for symptoms. I’m very happy with this clinic.
