I ended up blowing a trailer tire and this shop was the closest one to me on I44. I truly was blessed that they were, because the whole experience was amazing. They got me right in and did an amazing job getting my trailer tire replaced and me back on the road. Everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to.

I had new Michelin 365 steer tires and rims installed. Fast professional service. Shortly after the install, I noticed that the tires started to check in between the tread. I took a picture and sent it to Brett and Andrew. While we were waiting for a response from the engineer, the tread on one tire separated. I called Bauer and from start to finish Brett made sure Michelin stood behind their product. When things started to go sideways and the rep wasn't responding Brett escalated the issue. I had six drive tires installed and it was a excellent experience throughout the entire process. The personnel were courteous and friendly. Most importantly the service was fast and professional. I definitely recommend using them for your truck needs.
