I had an adjustment today, and I already feel so much better. I had been dealing with a headache since yesterday, and it was almost completely gone immediately after my visit.
I’m a runner, and every time I come in, I can tell a difference in how I feel. I haven’t been as consistent with my visits as I should be, but today’s appointment reminded me how much chiropractic care helps my body recover and move better.
