The word fun isn't really a word I would use to describe getting a new HVAC system at my house, but these guys know how to make it a fun experience. The level of professionalism and the quality of their work makes me feel great about my investment. Even in muddy conditions, they went out of their way to keep things clean and in order while getting their work done. They were able to remove the old system and relocate the new system to the other side of the house to keep it out of the way of some improvements we were making. They also took the time to explain that bigger isn't always better and that hearing your A/C run all day on those HOT 🥵 days is actually the most efficient way of keeping the house cool by removing all the humidity in the air. I would highly recommend UMS to anyone looking for HVAC work or service.
