We had a lot of water in our basement. The plumber we called suggested we call US Disaster. We are so glad we did. We called on a Sunday afternoon and they had a team there within an hour. They immediately began removing water and helped us through the process every step of the way. They are prompt, courteous and professional and made a horrible situation much less stressful, we would definitely use them again if the need ever arises.
I have used US Disaster several times due to being a property manager. Fast, professional and honest. They answer your call and show up which has been a common struggle here in Osage Beach. So thankful to have this company service our area.
