5 stars I can’t say enough good things about Trenton and Brad at Rusty Drewing Chevrolet/Cadillac in Jefferson City! Today was a nightmare, my new Escalade’s motor blew up out of nowhere. I got towed in, feeling stressed and frustrated, but these guys went above and beyond on customer service and satisfaction. Within about an hour of the actual event , they had me set up in a brand-new loaner Cadillac, and I was back on the road while they handle the repairs. No hassle, no excuses, just fast, professional, and genuinely caring service that turned a bad day around completely. Follow up to initial review: After seeing my comments below and the original 3 star review, management took notice of the concern. Basically, the car doesn't recognize my hand is on the steering wheel and the car kicks off the cruise control and begins to slow quickly. GM Engineers decided that a sensitivity adjustment for different galvanic skin responses wasn't needed. The initial service department response was to tell me to drive with both hands on the steering wheel at all times in the 10 and 2 o'clock positions. Good safety practice I will admit. It kinda defeats the purpose of buying a self-driving car with Super Cruise. So, the dealership... read full review

I want to give a huge shout out to Steve Joplin and his Service Team. The minute you walk in, you feel welcomed and valued. The service assistant manager, Steve is excellent.. he explained everything clearly and provided updates throughout the process. His dedication to customer satisfaction is appreciated and TOP NOTCH! I have been a Cadillac owner for many years and I will not take my vehicle anywhere else!
