As wonderful as needing them as can be, it truly was. Larry was kind over the phone and put me at ease before. Kim was there when I got there ready to handle business. She was lovely and reassuring. Exactly the type of person you need when getting out the slammer. Let us not forget you get a nice new pen, a lighter (with the greatest saying on it) and someone who has your back when wanted by the long arm of the law.
