Already had the part I needed in stock, so didn't have to special order anything or wait for anything to be delivered. They even referred me to another local appliance guy that's knowledgeable in the specific brand I bought the part for.
Tom was able to help diagnose and describe issues over the phone and get me the part faster and cheaper than the other stores.Update: Sorry to hear Tom had to retire. I hope he does well. I'll be very interested in new owner. They got a gem.
