I just want to say to Dr Brandon Lehr aka Dr Brandon, YOU ARE THE BEST!!! I came in Friday February 20, 2026 in so much pain close to tears because it hurt to walk! I could barely get out of the chair. I workout six days a week so I might have over done it working out :). Dr Brandon adjusted me and did the E-Stem (excuse spelling if it is incorrect). Advised me to start back up with my magnesium and put a heating pad on my back. Advised me to take a day off of working out in the gym <—this did not settle well with me.
