Thanks for coming out and taking care of my older next door neighbors ac unit on 8/9/25. After talking with your service tech he assured me that he was going to make sure it was fixed. Later when my neighbor talked to me she commented on how courteous and helpful he was in explaining her issues and how he fixed them. I really like these guys. Texted one of their service guys (Kevin) this morning with a photo of our heater/AC filter, wondering if it needed changing. He texts right back that he'll bring out a couple today. And he did. Show'd me how to install (it's a fancy pants filter) and said he wasn't charging me for the visit, just the filters.(1/17/20) Couldn't find a link to add a new review so I'll just add to this one from a year ago...We’ve been using Butzer for years and they never disappoint.
