I had an appointment yesterday and Ben was my technician. My appointment was for a gel polish to be removed and then a manicure with regular polish be put on. Ben used the drill to remove some of the gel polish but didn’t bother to wrap my nails in foil and acetone for soaking to remove the rest of the gel polish. My nails are lumpy and show ridges where the remaining gel polish is. I didn’t protest but I should have. My nails look awful and I don’t know that pictures will show just how bad they are. I’m not sure if I’m more unhappy with Ben or myself for wasting my money. Plus I even tipped him. I’m an idiot.

I scheduled my appointment for my gel pedicure online. Super easy! The salon was clean, bright, open and everyone was very friendly and helpful. They have a ton of colors! I loved the atmosphere. Will go again!
Nails were nice, experience was not. We made an appointment several days in advance. Received a text, at nearly 10pm, the night before asking if we could change our time. So we do, I still ended up waiting over an hour after my appointment time before they got to me. I was offered a massage chair, which was nice but my friend and I didn't get to get our nails done together. She was taken 20min after the appointment time, Then had to wait on me. I tried to be mindful and schedule ahead of time, got there early and what I expected was similar courtesy.
