Stylist was running late and could not accommodate my appointment time BUT Manager “pivoted” and handled the situation perfectly (and even fulfilled my appointment personally.) Amy’s a rock star.
No waiting. I got right in and the girl who cut my hair was fast, but did a great job. I wasn't even embarrassed to be seen without it being styled. I usually have to run home and fix it. She was awesome!

Stylist: The stylist that cut my hair at cost cutters in jefferson city, mo wore glasses and had blonde hair. She did an excellent and outstanding job cutting my hair!! She's one of my favorites!! Most all the stylists at this cost cutters do an outstanding and excellent job cutting hair!! No complaints!! All positive feedback!! To me, it's convenient because I can set an appointment with which ever stylist I prefer if there's an opening for the appointment!!
