We had a couple of therapy appoinments in Jefferson City at the Sam Cook Healthplex. The facility is well maintained and the staff were all pleasant and very professional

I just spent 8 weeks in outpatient physical therapy with Jennifer, Gwen and Amy. These are smart, caring women whose knowledge of how to help you recover is amazing. I had my hip replaced and after 8 weeks I’m amazed at what I can do thanks to these women. I also have a plan forward to continue to improve.

A clean and well run facility!All of the physical therapists were kind and helpful enabling me to have a successful recovery from injury.I’m am so grateful to the entire staff for making the process nearly painless.I highly recommend this team for physical therapy.Convenient location.Multiple parking lots.
