I have had the pleasure of working together with Brice Bernskoetter, from Bernskoetter Construction, on several projects. He is extremely professional, and demands the best for his customers. Their work is exceptional, and I would not hesitate to work with them again.
When I was looking for a builder I wanted some very specific things: Quality craftsmanship, timely communication, adherence to a timeline and staying within a budget. I discussed my desires with several people in the building industry and Brice came up repeatedly as someone that can handle complex projects, communicates well and would be able to deliver on my expectations. Brice has been exactly what I expected. He is a genuine person that cares about the quality of his work and goes above and beyond to communicate clearly. Although we are probably not their typical customer, Bernskoetter did a great job our shop expansion project that involved a number of tricky obstacles. It was a tight space, for a collision center, we needed duct work built into the foundation with concrete tunnels and suspended portion of the finished floor, etc. We were able to keep operations 100% functional during the build and that was big deal for us. They have also put in a new, smaller restroom for us since then. I would recommend them for anything you need.
