We feel welcome in our new neighborhood. My little guy Beetlejuice,is a pound puppy and has a loving mum and his 4 ever home. He makes friends wherever he goes, and besides being affectionate, he is a quick learner, already a CGC recipient. Dr Beddoe at Southwest, has been a blessing as my little guy is finally on the correct diet, a Rx food, designed for the challenge of pancreatic disorder. It won't go away but he enjoys this food, and he is more comfortable. The only negative is one can of the Rx food is 4.50 so it adds up quickly. That is not Dr. Beddoe who sets the price but the Science Diet, and it is Rx only dog food. They are compassionate animal lovers;)

Just no. From the dysfunction at the front desk to the clueless scheduling, right down to basic lack of compassion, this place checks all the boxes for horrible experience. When I walked in to pick up my dog from surgery, 4 staff hurried around as two customers were helped. As soon as the customers stepped away, everyone in the room bolted to leave the guy on the phone to assist me. I'm not expecting to have my a** kissed but if this happened at a fast food restaurant, I wouldn't come back. There is a total nonexistence of professionalism and customer service that just blows your mind. How did these people obtain medical licenses without grasping basic science? How do they operate on people's pets without a standard list of questions to ask each pet owner? I'm sure you will have more to add to the list if you have made the mistake of paying for a new patient appointment and not wanting to abandon your "deposit" as it acts for veterinary service. After telling phone guy that our sick, elderly cat passed away, he literally did not look up from typing or make any acknowledgment. Again, didn't need generic emotional display, just a basic interaction on a human level. Abhorrent. Worth paying to find new Medical Care - that is what this business is supposed to provide - for our pets. Thanks for sticking it out and reading my rant.

I love the wonderful folks here! They regularly help me with my diva dog, whom I love with all of my heart and soul, but that girl CANNOT handle her thunder storms. And sometimes she gets dramatic and pulls a muscle jumping off the couch, they were there for us then too. Basically, they make me feel okay about this dramatic animal and they take really good care of both of us.

The best vet I've ever known! She has always gone above and beyond for my fur babies.

All of my experiences with Dr. Beddoe have been pleasant, as she is both very knowledgeable & caring about the work she does. My cats don't particularly like vet visits, but I know they are in good hands with Dr. Beddoe.
