Amazing company and amazing workers. Yes they ask questions but all the questions are nessasary for the men to come out and look at your well. The men can't fly in blind that wastes their time and your money. They are direct and very focused on the task at hand. They are the best company you can go through and they will listen to your concerns. I highly highly recommend them to anyone and the workers have been doing this for years now so the definitely know what they are doing.

Our well pump went out in the middle of this last cold spell , we called every other company around and Bill Rose was the only one that showed up , and they showed up ready . They had everything on the truck to replace the pump and electrical and all new pvc . They did a great job ! Thanks guys !

Earlier this week, our water had stopped working, and I knew it was pump related. I'm not an expert when it comes to any of that knowledge. I called and left a voice mail and received a phone call within the next couple of hours. The lady on the phone was super nice and made sure I knew someone was coming out that day or the next. Kevin came out and was very knowledgeable about my system and even explained what he was doing as he did it. He went above and beyond, making sure we were taken care of, and it turns out it was a very simple fix, which made it an even better experience.
