I have had odd experiences here in the past but today was above my expectations. My autistic daughter was treated really quickly and with alot of respect. Everyone on staff was patient with her sensory needs and stimming. They listened to our concerns and was able to point us in the right direction for further care and we left with appropriate care today. Trip like today is why I will continue going.
Dr. Leigh was fantastic. She helped me above and beyond and I can say I’ve never had an appointment where the doctor wasn’t rushed and truly listened and cared. Showed a lot of empathy and concern. And for a walk in I'm even more impressed!! Very informational and helpful. Thank you so much! The nurses and front desk were very kind and helpful too, didn’t have to wait long at all and everyone was super friendly and happy even on a rainy Saturday!
Waited two hours and paid $40 just for them to tell me they don’t know what it is. When I called for my test results the next day, they put me on hold for 20 minutes until I had to go to work and hung up. Still don’t know what I was sick with and got over it completely by myself. They were also going to give me a shot of something random and when I asked what it is they had to go ask and then they said I don’t need it and am good to go. At least they were nice lmao
