This clinic provides absolutely excellent care from people who care. Everyone from front desk to checkout is warm, courteous , kind, and professional, and that is equally true of the lab side, too. I love this practice and its sterling people.

Recently went through an injury. They were prompt to getting appointments scheduled, as well as scheduling follow up appointments. They also listened and were very supportive in my needs of how I am to recover from my injury and providing the needed medications and guidance and were very personable. However when needing to obtain documents, that's a different story. I contacted them not once, not twice, but 4-5 TIMES on obtaining additional information for a medical note. Obtaining the note at the appointment wasn't the problem, it was getting additional documentation AFTER that felt near to impossible. Saw arron vaughn koehler for an absess. It was late in the day but he took time to drain it for me and numbed it very well. He walked me through a step-by-step. Gave me extra gauze and rap to take home and made sure.I had a proper antibiotic. His nurse was wonderful and very competent in assisting him.
