The after hours staff was very friendly and it was 30 mins after closing and the tech waited outside for us to arrive. They took good care of my boy as he had to stay over night. They called the next morning as they said they would. $250 for an after hour service was a little steep on top of the high bill but happy they took care credit!

My dog, Teddy, doesn't do well with strangers. But when I take him to Jody to be groomed, she puts him at eases. I took him to a pet store groomer before, and they called me to come back & get him!

I am writing this review to express how pleased I am with Deer Ridge. As a first time puppy owner, I had no idea what to expect. I called Deer Ridge, and my phone call was immediately answered, and I booked my appointment right away.
At my first visit, both the technician and doctor were very helpful. My puppy was not the most cooperative, but they both were able to get his shot done and give me pro tips on how to help this at home. With the advice they gave me and the printouts with his vaccinations, I felt they were very organized, well informed, and immensely helpful.
