Service had been great when installing a new door in my previous home and siding on my new home. Recently found issues with the caulking cracking in a few areas, which is not the hugest issue but the caulking is color-matched to my siding. At first, I was told it would not be possible for me to get said caulking. While there may have been a misunderstanding at first a representative of the company followed up and ensured that I would be receiving it in what I agree is a reasonable time frame. The follow-up and clarification on the situation are greatly appreciated and align with the great service I have received in the past.

I just had a very bad experience with a window installer that went out of business and I called Window World in Kansas City to look at two windows that needed work that my out of business company said they would fix. In a few minutes he had resolved the issue that the one company could not and he explained to me what I needed to do to get the other window that had developed a crack repaired. The fellows name was Sung Yun and he was honest friendly and he made me regret not by being mean or condescending but actually by his exemplary character not having just gone with Window World to begin with.
