First time here at this location. New nurse practitioner was nice and thorough. Both the waiting area and examining room was surprisingly HOT and almost unbearable! Two different nurses plus the practitioner tried to draw blood from me and failed with a total of five attempts. Not putting blame on any of them but it made the experience very uncomfortable and quite painful. Spent a total of 50 minutes here and another 20 waiting for my medication to be filled. ☆☆☆
